Two PhD students, Qifan Mao and Peng Shi, from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) visited our lab for a week to continue a collaborative research project. We had a brief introduction session to get to know each other and took a group photo to mark the occasion.
Prof. Seung Yeal Ha attended the Society of Engineering Science (SES) 2025 Annual Technical Meeting (25.10.12 – 25.10.15), which was held in Atlanta, and gave an invited talk with “From gas mixture to generalized flocking models.”
Our HYKE group attended a conference at Dalian University of Technology from September 21st to 25th. Each member gave a talk on their research project. We also enjoyed lots of delicious food and had a great time in Dalian!
Here is good news about our former member, Prof. Young-Pil Choi. He was promoted from associate professor to full professor at Yonsei University on September 1st, 2025. Congratulations!
We are pleased to welcome Valeriia Zhidkova as a visiting student who will join our group for the next two months. Today, we took group photos and had a short introduction session. Looking forward to a great time together!
