These free parameters are next ajusted to<br \/>\ntransport coefficients when performing a Chapman-Engskog expansion<br \/>\nip to Navier-Stokes. Firstly, the methodology will be explained and<br \/>\nillustrated for a monoatomic and polyatomic single gas.<br \/>\nNext the case of gas mixtures is considered. In this part, after<br \/>\nclarifying the Chapman-Engskog, a BGK model is derived. This BGK<br \/>\nmodel is proved to satisfy Fick and Newton laws.
